Role Overview :
Are you ready to make a real impact in primary education?
We're on the hunt for a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or SEN TA to join our team in Dorking. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting and nurturing the education of children from Early Years to KS2, working closely with teachers and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and track children’s progress, keeping accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and safeguarding policies.
- Help prepare learning materials and maintain classroom organization.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
