The Role of an Onsite Hire Controller

As an Onsite Hire Controller you will develop strong connections onsite, offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. If you’re looking to join a forward-thinking culture, we want you to be part of the exciting journey with us.

What do you need to succeed as an Onsite Hire Controller?

Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators.
Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
Worked as a Hire Controller, Sales Manager or Supervisor in a similar industry.

What does the Onsite Hire Controller role involve?

Drive sales to achieve results, proactively exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Track sales and marketing metrics to gain insight and drive strategic decisions.

Analyse monthly sales rates and stay informed regarding competitors and industry trends.

Enhance the customer journey by providing exceptional support to both new and loyal customers, promoting lasting connections built on trust and satisfaction.

Take charge of expanding our onsite market share, utilising your skills to drive growth and success.

Monday to Friday 8 : 00am until 18 : 00pm
