Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes and other anticipated changes that may impact the LPS strategy.

Competitive Analysis :   Conduct competitive intelligence activities to monitor competitors' strategies, proposition / product offerings, pricing models, and market positioning. Use this information to identify areas where LPS can differentiate and gain a competitive advantage.

Value Proposition Development :  Lead the definition and articulation of compelling value propositions for LPS solutions. Develop a deep understanding of client pain problems and competitive landscape to differentiate the company's offerings and communicate outstanding value to target customers through compelling proposals.

Solution Strategy, Roadmap and Delivery :   Build a comprehensive solution strategy and roadmap aligned with LPS overall business goals and market needs. Lead the solution development process, including design, development, and launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as LSS technology and LPS service development, sales & marketing and delivery operations to ensure successful solution delivery and market adoption.

Team Leadership and Development :   Recruit, train, and mentor an impactful strategy and solutions team. Set clear goals and expectations, provide mentorship and support, and champion a culture of continuous learning and development.

Cross-functional Collaboration :  Collaborate with internal teams, including LPS delivery, sales & marketing, and finance, to align strategic objectives and ensure effective execution. Cultivate a culture of collaboration and cross-functional communication to drive critical initiatives forward.

Industry Engagement and Thought Leadership :  Represent LPS at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Act as a spokesperson in the procurement services domain, sharing expertise, insights, and best practices to build LPS's reputation and credibility.
