Monday to Friday position

Salary up to £22,425We are searching for a bright, enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to provide social media and digital marketing activity to enhance and promote sales and holiday sales within an established leisure business. You must be able to work on your own initiative to produce content for Digital Marketing and will ideally have an understanding of the holiday park industry in order to promote the parks to their best advantage.You will be determined, responsible and be able to offer fresh insight as you seek to identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities within this fast paced industry. Working within the head office marketing team you'll be delivering effective and successful targeted campaigns. Using all marketing channels available, your objectives are to raise awareness, generate leads and reinforce the quality and value of their parks. Main Responsibilities

Managing content in the company website

Deliver online SEO and PPC performance

To ensure all promotional marketing material is compliant with legislation such as copy right consumer rights etc.

To actively support the parks with any marketing or advertising campaigns

Play an active role in brand reputation management by monitoring review sites and competitors

Recommend and implement new initiatives to improve performance and responsiveness

Promote the brand through regular social media management through all platforms

Visit the parks on occasion to obtain imagery for social media and websiteSkills and Experience

Social media management experience

A self-starter with the ability work independently

Experience with photography for social media purposes

Track record of running campaigns using online channels

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar marketing role

Ability to monitor results and identify what has worked and what could be improved

Understanding of SEO best practice

Confident using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

Attention to detail with great organisational skills

A willingness to take on responsibility, challenge existing processes where appropriate and consistently build on your knowledge and skillsThis is an exciting opportunity which offers a 40 hour working week and excellent benefits so if you have a talent for digital marketing and looking to build a career in Digital Marketing get in touch today.
