The Role : You will advise a broad range of clients—both employers and employees—on all aspects of employment law, including : Employment tribunals and litigationMediation and dispute resolutionEmployment contracts, policies and proceduresTUPE and redundancySettlement AgreementsYour work will include interviewing clients, preparing legal documentation, keeping accurate and compliant case files, and providing prompt, practical legal advice. You’ll also play an active role in supporting business development and the growth of the department.
