The Role Drive financial strategy to enhance profitability and support sustainable growth Lead forecasting, budgeting and cost optimisation to enhance efficiencies Oversee month-end reporting and management accounts with accuracy and efficiency Deliver insightful financial analysis and commentary for SMT Design and implement KPIs to drive decision-making across the business Work closely with the Managing Director on long-term strategy, growth planning, new revenue streams and investment opportunities Oversee finance operations across group entities and subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and control The Person Fully qualified Accountant with a proven track record in senior financial leadership Previous experience in high-impact roles such as Financial Controller / Finance Director / Head of Finance Expertise in financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced, evolving business environment An excellent communicator with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholder Previous experience within a globally scaling business would be advantageous To apply for this Head of Finance job please click on the link below or contact Laura Haggan to discuss in the strictest confidence.
