The Role
This Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant position is a full-time role working across Key Stage 2. You will support individual pupils and small groups with English, Maths, and topic work, helping to raise attainment and build confidence. Under the direction of the class teacher, you'll deliver targeted interventions, provide feedback, and help maintain a positive learning environment. The role also includes assisting with classroom routines and supporting pupils with varying needs and abilities.
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate who is considering a future in primary teaching. You should be enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to form good relationships with children and staff are essential. Any previous experience in a school or with children will be beneficial but is not required.
