• Proman Recruitment is currently looking for FLT Operators on behalf of our Client who is one of the largest food co-packers. FLT OperatorsThe RoleAs a forklift truck operator, your main duties would include : loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as lorries or vansmoving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facilitystacking goods in the correct storage bays, following stock control instructionschecking loads are securestacking empty palletsperforming daily equipment checks, for example recharging the truck's battery (if the truck is electric)The CandidateTo be successful, you need to : have previous experience in operating FLT trucks, such as Counterbalance, Reach, VNA and PPT.be punctual and reliablebe able to organise and prioritise workloadhave good numeracy and literacy skillsSuccessful candidates will be invited to a 60 minute assessment  where they will be asked to present a valid FLT certificate / license (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)To apply for this position, please apply on-line with your up-to-date CV.Our clients and their customers come from diverse backgrounds and so do we.
