Your key responsibilities include : Manage and optimise scale Meta Ads campaigns to ensure they consistently meet monthly performance and ROI targets, focusing on increasing CTR, engagement, and conversions.Test and scale campaigns across emerging platforms to capture untapped opportunities and expand multichannel reach.Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives that drive conversions.Develop and execute A / B and multivariate tests, continuously refining campaign performance through testing and optimisation.Interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements through detailed performance analysis and reporting.Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt innovative tactics to refine campaign strategies and explore new opportunitiesAs the Paid Social Manager, we are looking for : A data-driven problem solver who thrives on optimising campaigns for maximum impact.Have a natural curiosity for testing, learning, and pushing performance marketing boundaries.Comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with creative and tech teams.Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns with a strong background in Meta ads – either in-house or agency side.Have a solid understanding of A / B testing, bid optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.Large budget management experience would be a bonus!As an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff.Forward Role is operating as an employment agency.
