Would you enjoy working for a business who offer a range of bespoke pre-cast concrete products?

I am working closely with a pre-cast concrete contractor who are looking to employ a project manager on a permanent basis. The business puts customer service at the core of their values with the business focusing on delivering projects to the highest standards.

From design to installation you will be involved in the full life cycle of projects, being responsible for the planning of all construction works on site including lift plans, method statements and site programmes. You’ll be very client facing in this role, communicating with them daily aswell as liaising with a range of internal teams and subcontractors.

This is very much a role where you’ll be managing your own diary. You’ll be visiting a range of different sites across primarily the midlands and then spending a couple of days a week at home. Someone with great communication and organisational skills would be great for this role.

The Role :

• Carrying out site surveys and lift plans
• Planning the site installation works
• Liaising with both clients and on site teams on any technical queries
• Producing and writing RAMS
