This may be the next role for you!A leading project development and construction group is seeking a permanent Construction Manager to join their Infrastructure team on a major highways project in Norwich.Responsibilities : Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and supply chain collaborators to successfully complete assigned work sections, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.Address design queries and changes within the section of works.Collaborate with other members of the delivery team and enabling functions to ensure work planning considers the project's limitations and needs.Oversee the planning, design, and construction of the highways project, managing project budgets and schedules.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure compliance with safety regulations by implementing appropriate safety procedures.Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards.Requirements : Previous experience as a Senior Agent or Construction Manager on highways projects.Proven track record of successful management that embraces inclusivity.Demonstrable experience of delivering projects within budget and targets.Possession of a CSCS card / SMSTS.Knowledge and understanding of construction contracts (through experience and formal training), ideally ECC NEC4.If interested in learning more, please apply to this role today as we are looking to arrange interviews ASAP
