I am currently supporting a Mid-Tier Firm who are looking for a Regional Tax Manager to grow and develop a highly skilled and diverse Regional Tax team in East Anglia. This is a real opportunity to have real autonomy, to build your own team and have the full support of a large Accountancy Practice who is looking to expand their offering. The role offers a competitive salary and can range from £50,000 - £75,000 depending upon the experience of the individual.

The Regional Tax Manager role would be ideal for an experienced Tax Manager, with experience within either Corporate Tax, Personal Tax or Mixed Tax. Or, for a Tax Senior or Assistant Manager who has the desire to grow into this role and lead a team.

The Regional Tax Manager opportunity is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level. You will be reporting directly into the Directors and will provide the opportunity to progress to Partner level.

This is a hybrid and flexible role that will include travel to the Firms offices within East Anglia to help develop the current team and expand the continuous growth of their client base across the region.

Duties :

• Responsible for tax planning and advisory work for a portfolio of clients
• Identifying opportunities and working with the clients
• Dealing with ad-hoc queries from the General Practice partners and the Tax Compliance teams
• Assisting with the implementation of projects
• Assisting with ad-hoc advisory work
• ATED advisory and compliance work
• Trust Register compliance work
• Following established procedures for workflows and updating these when necessary
• Dealing with tax enquiries
• Conducting technical research
• Liaising with Managing Directors, Directors and Associate Directors.
