NXTGEN is delighted to be partnering with a growing and modern accountancy firm in Norwich where Ive had the pleasure of supporting team growth over the past five years to recruit a Payroll Administrator. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand for their payroll services the firm is creating this newly designed role which also offers the opportunity to get involved in bookkeeping duties too. As the new Payroll Administrator youll receive a role that is tailored to your skills and ambitions providing unlimited support and progression for the right person.
As a Payroll Administrator youll work with a diverse portfolio of clients from SMEs to larger businesses gaining exposure to different industries and payroll complexities. No two days will be the same and youll have the chance to build strong client relationships becoming a trusted advisor for their payroll and finance needs. Key Responsibilities :
- Processing endtoend payroll for a portfolio of clients ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handling payroll queries and providing expert advice on PAYE pensions and statutory deductions
- Supporting with bookkeeping tasks including reconciliations and transaction processing
- Assisting with VAT returns and management accounts preparation
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Working closely with the wider team to continuously improve processes and efficiencies
