This role is vital in ensuring an efficient, welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.Key Responsibilities :
• Manage front office operations, including communication with parents, staff, and visitors
• Support scheduling, attendance, and record-keeping systems
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement
• Coordinate school events, meetings, and logistics
• Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations
• Provide administrative support to the principal and leadership teamRequirements :
• Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (school setting preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software; ideally SIMS or Arbor (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
• A high level of discretion and professionalism
