About the role
We are looking to recruit a number of Social Care Workers for our care home Trescott Road, Northfield, Birmingham. We are looking for someone to join our team in supporting customers who have learning disabilities, additional health, mobility and physical support needs.
The role is permanent opportunity covering a variety of shifts been a mixture of hours to include weekends and bank holidays and may change depending on service requirement.

About You
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who would like to join our team in order to deliver good quality service to vulnerable adults. You will be responsible for looking after service users and supporting them with their daily requirements.
We are looking for confident, positive, and enthusiastic social care workers to support adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs in all aspects of daily living. Your focus will be to help your customers lead a happy and fulfilled life, whilst promoting independence.
