Role Overview : We are looking for a dedicated Band 6 Health Visitor to join our team. This role involves working with families, children, and communities, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. As a Health Visitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, delivering public health initiatives, and supporting families through key stages of development. Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality health visiting services to families with children aged 0-5.Conduct home visits and assessments of families’ health needs.Provide guidance on maternal and child health, nutrition, and safety.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.Promote health education and well-being within the local community.Offer early intervention and support for families facing challenges.What We’re Looking For : Registered Nurse (Adult or Child) with an accredited Health Visitor qualification.Current NMC registration.Proven experience in health visiting or community nursing.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with families and multi-disciplinary teams.A genuine passion for improving the health and wellbeing of children and families.A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload.Why Work With Us : Competitive hourly rate of £28 per hour.Full-time NHS contract offering job security and benefits.Opportunity to make a positive impact on the community.Supportive working environment with ongoing training and professional development.Located in a vibrant and diverse area of West London, with excellent transport links.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and help us make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!
