Great opportunity to work as a Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer for our client, who has more than 30 years' experience in the logistics industry. Staffline is recruiting a Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer in Bristol. The rate of pay is up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This is a full-time permanent role working fixed day shifts, and the hours of work are : - 9am to 5 : 30pm Your Time at Work As a Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer, you will be working in accordance with the company values of Safe, Talented, Attentive, and Reliable. Other duties include : - Provide support and advise all employees, including drivers, on compliance and Health and Safety - Monitor and assist all employees in completing their daily tasks - Deliver the CPC training and maintain accurate records to ensure all the required hours are completed prior to expiry dates, induct and train all new employees during the onboarding process - Able to fully utilise the telematics system to monitor driver behaviours and safe driving, and review and implement all training requirements for both operational staff and drivers Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will have the following skills : - In-depth Health and Safety and Driver regulations - Comprehensive knowledge of transport and warehousing - Knowledge of FORS and FORS Practitioner desirable - Telematics systems such as Trutac, Microlise,...
