Job Description

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative leader to provide strategic and management support to the organisations premises portfolio. This is a key role, supporting the Head of Business Resources with premises development and leading day to day operations. • Effectively and efficiently manage site resources;
• Proactively develop the premises to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation;
• Ensure a safe working and learning environment in accordance with relevant legislation;
• Have relevant experience in managing and leading a team;
• Have the ability to be flexible and work across multiple sites.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have experience of premises and facilities management in an environment similar. IOSH or NEBOSH would be ideal, and experience managing a team of operational staff. Heatlh and Safety, Project Management and staff management experience will be key skills required for this role.
