Job Title : Teaching AssistantLocation : M40Pay Rates : £83 - £91 a dayShift Patterns : Monday to FridayReeson education are working with a excellent primary school in M40 who are looking to find an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term role to start as soon as possible, you will be working across KS1 and LWKS2 as a general teaching assistant and helping support pupils in groups.Teaching Assistant responsibilities : Work alongside the class teacher to deliver lessons and activities and promote inclusion for all pupilsDeliver group activities and interventions as directed by the class teacherCommunicate effectively, professionally and in a friendly manner with staff, pupils, and parentsSupport the management of pupil behaviour and provide additional support for children as requiredMonitor and track progress of pupils ensuring strong communication with the class teacher The school are looking for a teaching assistant with relevant experience, who will bring enthusiasm and a commitment to children's learning to a happy and friendly school. As a teaching assistant you will need to be adaptable, enthusiastic, highly motivated, calm and patient, you should be able to work as part of a team, as well as use your own initiative.Experience : Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.Qualifications : Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma are desirable.Skills : Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.Attributes : A passion for supporting children's education, a proactive approach, and a willingness to adapt to different school environments.Safeguarding : A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
