Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and professional Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team in delivering high-quality care services to individuals in their homes. This is a full-time position that requires a genuine passion for helping others and the ability to deliver care with respect, dignity, and empathy. The ideal candidate will be someone who is patient, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities : Provide personal care and assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and the use of mobility aids. Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Administer medication as prescribed. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in the clients condition. Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of all clients at all times. Foster positive relationships with clients and their families. Collaborate with the management team to ensure a seamless delivery of care. Comply with all relevant healthcare policies and procedures. Essential Criteria : A valid UK or International full driving licence (an international licence must be in date and must be converted to a UK full driving licence within 12 months of arrival in the UK). Strong written and spoken English communication skills. A genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A compassionate and empathetic nature with a commitment to maintaining the dignity and respect of clients. Prior experience in care (desirable but not essential; full training will be provided).
