Based in Wanstead (with flexible working available)
Monday to Friday, 9 : 30am - 5 : 30pm
Salary : From £35,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
A well-established and growing law firm with offices in East and South London is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Property Department. With a strong, loyal client base and a reputation for excellence, the firm acts for a wide range of private and commercial clients and is known for its specialist, collaborative team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused individual to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property transactions, including :
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership
- Lease extensions and unregistered titles
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
- Working closely with the Private Client Department on related matters
