We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator (Estimating Department) to join our client’s team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in various administrative tasks. • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing customer enquiries, generating quotations and service requests.
• Daily planning for site engineers and generating reports
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
• Assist with clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organising documents.
• Type correspondence and reports as needed to support the service team.
• Maintain an organised office environment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service-related tasks.Requirements
• Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
