About The Role

As a Workshop Supervisor you will have responsibility for running a team of Technicians ensuring that all targets are achieved and customers are satisfied with the Service. On a day-to-day basis you and your team will maintain, calibrate, repair, and prepare for hire all types of equipment within our product range and complete customer calibrations.
Daily Tasks will include :
- Day to Day responsibility of the workshop and process, auditing and record keeping.
- Day to day supervision of the workshop calibration technicians.
- Make sure that the technicians understand the priority list and give out general tasks as and where needed.
- Update the training Matrix whilst leasing with the training department.
- Making sure all relevant people are up to date with company policies.
- Prioritise the repair of equipment that is scheduled to go on-hire or that is in high demand.
- Place orders for spares and consumables.
- Look after the calibration of the workshop standards keeping records up to date.
- Make sure hires go out on time and in good condition.
- Distribute hire orders to the relevant departments.
- Deal with customer enquiries where possible
- Accountable for spares stock.
- Keep the workshop compliant, clean, and tidy.
- Monday to Friday, with weekend and overtime when required
- Travel to different depot when needed
