We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.
We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients' homes to cover shifts in the Cardiff, Swansea, Merthyr Tydfill, Aberystwyth, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy areas.
When you'll be working :

What you'll be doing :
This role is to work across packages of care in the Cardiff, Swansea, Merthyr, Tydfill, Aberystwyth, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy areas.
This role is to support our clients with complex health needs in their own homes. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment. You will help to cover existing clients shifts, and also help us to start new care packages.
