Jupiter RecruitmentLiverpool City Region, England, United KingdomAn exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in a brand new nursing home which is a new-build opened recently in the Liverpool, Merseyside area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This nursing home will offer nursing, dementia, residential care, mental healthcare, and specialist learning disability services to its residents.
To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As the Deputy Manager, your key responsibilities include :
- Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care.
- You will be the home's nurse expert and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills.
- You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it's vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures.
- Care plan development and assessments.
- Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care.

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £24.50 per hour, with an annual salary of £50,960 per annum.
