Job descriptionOur client is a global manufacturing organisation based in Melton Mowbray. Due to increases in orders they are currently looking to recruit a number of Manufacturing Operatives to join their team.About the Role : We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Manufacturing Operatives to join our clients business. This role involves working in their Production facility, assisting with the manufacturing process, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.Key Responsibilities :

• Operating and maintaining production machines and equipment.
• Following production schedules and procedures.
• Loading raw materials into machines
• Driving Counterbalance Forklift trucks
• Ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assisting with other duties as required.Skills and Experience :
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
