The ideal individual will have previous multi-client payroll experience (bureau or practice) and will be able to complete end to end payroll.£25,000 - £30,000 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - 37.5 hours per weekThis is an office-based role Duties and responsibilities : Completion of end-to-end processing of clients' payrolls (monthly, weekly, fortnightly) for a portfolio of clients, including processing salary, PAYE and pensions paymentsProvision of support on pay and benefits ensuring GDPR complianceliaison with HRMC and pension providersAssist with yearend payroll tasksCompletion of payroll administration, setting up new starters, HMRC tax codes, attachment of earnings etc Skills and experience required : CIPP qualified / studying - desirable but not essentialPrevious experience of end-to-end payroll for multiple clients' payrolls (Practice or Bureau)Experience of payroll software - Iris payroll being advantageous and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)A strong team ethic with good communication skillsGood attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to demanding deadlinesMust be well-organised and capable of working on various payrolls and internal / external clientsPro-active approach to identifying...
