Audio / Broadcast Production Test Engineer – Buckinghamshire – C£35-45K. A Broadcast Products Company seeks an experienced Audio Production Test Engineer to join their production team, bringing proven experience of box testing, fault diagnosis skills and ideally some IT knowledge.You’ll have a background involving the testing of Broadcast and Audio products; will have an understanding of circuit board diagrams and layout and have a good awareness of quality standards. Of particular interest is exposure to Analog Audio video to Digital video streams, Digital Signals and Communications as well as Power Electronics.In this Audio / Broadcast Test Engineer role, the successful individual will carry out box testing, fault finding and some repairs of a range of the company’s Broadcast Audio products from audio monitoring units to control system processors and interfaces as well as assisting in the development of test processes, procedures and jigs / rigs to ensure effective testing.Skills and background should include :

• Extensive experience of box testing Audio / Broadcast equipment within a production facility.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams.
• Fault finding experience covering Analog and Digital Electronics.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and adherence to Quality standards.
• Basic IT knowledge.
