About the Role

We’re looking for an Internal Account Executive to join our Marlow team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

If you bring energy, strong relationship-building skills, and a knack for making things happen in a client-focused B2B setting, we’d love to meet you.

Job Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of 50–60 small, medium, and large business customers , acting as the primary point of contact for customer queries and account support
Building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
Coordinating mailing schedules, collections, and consumables in line with SLAs
Using your Excel skills (including pivot tables) to forecast, report, and analyse data
Supporting service improvements and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Collaborating with Sales and Operations to deliver an excellent customer experience

Additional information

Monday to Friday, rotating shifts – 8 : 30 am–5 pm, 9 am–5 : 30 pm, and 9 : 30 am–6 pm.

Hybrid working opportunities are available once the initial training has been completed.

The contract for this Internal Account Executive position commences in July.

Essential Skills

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet varied, demanding deadlines

An energetic team player with a hands-on, “can-do, will-do” attitude

Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining high accuracy under pressure

Confident communicator across all channels (face-to-face, written, and phone), able to influence and build rapport at all levels

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel – including pivot tables and Vlookups

Full driving licence to be able to travel on occasion to other business and / or customer sites for meetings as required
