- Installing, commissioning and qualifying Vapourtec’s flow chemistry systems at customer sites.
- Performing on-site maintenance, upgrades and repairs in laboratories worldwide.
- Providing technical support via phone, e-mail and customer visits.
- Gathering insights from customers to help improve our technology.
- Developing technical bulletins and guides to enhance customer experience.In order to be successful in this role you must have :
- 2 + years of experience in a laboratory service or installation role.
- NVQ Level 3 / Higher Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong trouble shooting skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoys international travel and working independently.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel and Word.
- Full UK manual driving license.It would be great if you had :
- A background in the scientific industry or laboratory environments.
- Electro-mechanical skills.
