Providing a high level of customer service, addressing enquiries with professionalism. Managing and updating the CRM system with customer interactions and appointment details (full training provided). Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of appointments. Supporting the sales and customer service teams as required. Job Title : Telesales Appointment Setter
Location : Office-based Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options available. Our office is conveniently located in Bradford, just off the M606.
