Project Manager – Solar PVTonbridge - Hybrid£40,000 - £60,000MDE is assisting a long-standing client in their search for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager who can lead the successful delivery of solar energy projects in both residential and commercial settings. From initial client engagement to project completion, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.We are keen for both office-based coordinator project managers and site-based construction project managers to apply!Responsibilities :

Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects, from planning and execution to final handover.

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.

Plan and allocate resources effectively while tracking budgets to maintain financial and operational efficiency.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth progress.

Leverage data and reporting tools to track progress, resolve issues, and manage scope changes.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.

Contribute to identifying and advancing new business leads and opportunities for growth.

What we're looking for :

Solid understanding of Solar PV systems, with additional knowledge of battery storage and EV systems as a plus.

A minimum of 2+ years managing residential and / or commercial solar projects.

Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Strong ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all levels.

A collaborative leader who inspires teams and drives high-quality outcomes.

Thrives in fast-paced environments, takes a hands-on approach, and seeks continuous improvement.

Familiarity with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and risk management practices.

Skilled in managing third-party relationships and contracts.
