Located in lovely Manchester, this equally lovely Architecture Studio, renowned for its innovative and sustainable style, is seeking to take on a new Senior Bids Coordinator to join their supportive business development and marketing team.

With a focus on the coordination of the entire bids process and pipeline — from identification and targeting of new opportunities right through to delivery and future refinements — this is a wide-ranging position which will give impressive exposure to projects at the forefront of UK culture.

The management team will provide unrivalled support, alongside every colleague, and the successful candidate will be able to start immediately working as part of their tightknit team.

The ideal candidate has professional experience of at least two years within bids, has great proficiency using InDesign, and enjoys a process-driven and deadline-oriented way of working.

As well as a competitive starting salary with regular reviews and the option to work two days from home post-probation, there is an established pathway to upskill and truly learn the business, with a view to progression through the hierarchy (to Manager, Director, and beyond!).
