Prospero Teaching provide staff to schools and colleges across Manchester and Liverpool, including SEN schools. We are currently looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in Gorton. The role will require you to utilise your knowledge of SEN support to be able to support children who display challenging behaviours.
A successful Teaching Assistant will have experience working with Challenging Behaviour and must be confident in supporting on a 1 : 1 and basis, inside and outside of a classroom setting. You will need to be resilient due to the nature of the role, and have experience leading groups of pupils. Some experience working with children in primary schools or of a similar age is required.
