Management Accountant£17-20ph PAYETemporary - LutonRandstad are currently working in collaboration with a rapidly expanding trading business near Luton. This busy, successful and expanding international business are seeking an accounts focused, organised and autonomous Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis to support the smooth running of a busy department.Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant includes : Supervise daily activities of the finance team and provide support as needed.Daily cash flow and finance utilisation updateManage all payment processing and approvals ensuring procedures are followed andterms met.Raise trade finance loans and letters of credit as required. Review position for theweek on a daily basis and liaise with FD on cash maintenance.Manage all HSBC queries, liaising with the FD and wider finance team as needed.Manage year end audit and preparation of the statutory accounts with support fromFDReview & Management of VAT and other statutory taxesReview month-end overhead accruals including analysis completed by assistantaccountant and evaluate variances to be communicated with the month-end pack.Maintain tank / stock schedules throughout the month and prepare and post allaccruals relating to stock. Liaise with ops / procure teams per the processMaintenance of invoice discounting accounts and monthly reconciliationsFixed Asset, depreciation and amortisation review, journal postings andreconciliationsPrepare and post monthly journals per journal listManage and prepare all employed, contracted and oversea staff salary schedulesand post monthly journals. Manage all payroll queries.
