Position : Teaching Assistant
Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 30 - 15 : 30
Pay : Starting at £90 per day, with potential to rise
Travel : May be required
Are you passionate about supporting students and making a difference in their education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team in Louth, Lincolnshire . In this role, you will provide invaluable support to secondary and SEN (Special Educational Needs) students, helping them with their everyday learning and personal development.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the delivery of lessons, supporting both classroom and one-to-one learning.
Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with personal care and social development where necessary.
Work alongside teachers to create a supportive, engaging classroom experience.
What We’re Looking For :
A compassionate, patient, and proactive individual.
Experience working with secondary or SEN students is a plus but not essential.
The ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different students.
