About the Role : Trusted Supply are looking for a motivated and highly organized Procurement and Logistics Assistant to join our clients growing team in the design and build fit-out industry. This role supports the end-to-end procurement and logistics processes, ensuring materials, furnishings, and equipment are sourced efficiently, delivered on time, and meet the quality standards required for high-end commercial and residential fit-out projects.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple project demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities : Procurement :

• Support the procurement of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for interior fit-out projects.
• Liaise with suppliers to request quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm lead times.
• Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely deliveries aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate sample requests, approvals, and documentation for design and project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier contacts, product specifications, pricing, and order history.Logistics :
• Organize delivery schedules and coordinate with site teams for offloading and installation timing.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve any delivery delays or discrepancies.
• Assist with customs documentation and liaise with freight forwarders or couriers as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and support with reorders for consumables or frequently used materials.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices.Requirements :
• 1–3 years’ experience in procurement and / or logistics; experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of construction materials, FF&E, or MEP items is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with project or procurement software is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
