We are looking for an Adult Nurse Manager to join a well-established provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in adult complex care. This community role will be based in the West London catchment area where the company continues to secure further packages due to their excellent care standards. The successful Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing face to face support to adult clients and their families, whilst creating personalised care plans for each person.
