Equal Education Partners is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Long-Term Teaching Assistant position in Llanelli! This role is not just about supporting education; it's about making a real difference in the lives of children.
Join a dynamic primary school where collaboration, positivity, and community spirit thrive. The school is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported. You’ll be working closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2, supporting their learning and development in exciting ways.
Depending on your experience, you will earn a competitive daily rate of between £80 and £90 a day.
Your role will include :
- Creating engaging learning experiences that inspire and motivate students.
- Assisting with daily lesson plans and providing tailored support to individual pupils.
- Encouraging positive social interactions among your students and fostering a loving classroom environment.
- Collaborating with class teachers to assess and monitor student progress, ensuring their educational needs are met.
