Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding role in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in South Liverpool , covering general subject lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Role Overview :
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teachers. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students stay engaged and on task. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with classroom experience who are passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Provide support and guidance to students where necessary
- Liaise with teaching staff and follow school policies
- Supervise students during lessons, ensuring they remain focused on their work
