Your new company Hays Recruitment are proud to be supporting a number of mainstream primary schools in the Sefton area who require motivated and experienced Teaching Assistants to support students in all primary key stages. We support schools with both day to day and long-term contracts with the possibility to go permanent from next academic year. Ideally, we are looking for someone that can commit to full-time equivalent hours, but part-time options are available. Your new role In your new role as a Primary School Teaching Assistant with Hays, you will have the opportunity to work in one of a number of schools in the Sefton area. As we are currently recruiting for a number of live roles, you will have the opportunity to work in a key stage of your choosing, or you will be given the opportunity to gain invaluable experience with a new key stage. You will work alongside class teachers and your new colleagues to promote a stimulating, inclusive, and accessible learning environment and offer 1 : 1 and group support in all subjects. Other duties will include intervention and booster sessions, phonics, classroom management, behaviour management and building the self-esteem of your new pupils.
