With tailored support from our team of experts, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into different aspects of our business, including working directly with stakeholders at all levels. You will be challenged to demonstrate excellent communication skills as you collaborate with colleagues and clients alike.

From day one, you’ll be immersed in the JDR culture, with a tailored personal development plan that targets your career goals and supports your ongoing learning.

As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to :

  • Join accredited bodies like IMechE, progressing towards Chartered Engineer status.
  • Work on real-world projects that support the offshore renewable energy sector.
  • Access mentoring from senior engineers to guide your development and help you reach your full potential.
  • Flexible Working :

We operate a hybrid working approach , where you’ll work three days a week in the office at our Littleport (Cambridgeshire) Manufacturing facility, with the flexibility to work from home the remaining two days.

    Why JDR Cable Systems?

  • Exciting growth opportunities : Be part of our expansion journey, as we strive towards meeting the growing demand for offshore renewable energy.

  • Healthshield registration and benefits
  • 5 weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Flexible working hours
