Hours Per Week :  Mon-Thurs 06-30to 09-30, Fri 06-30 to 10-30 (16 hours)

Job Type :  Permanent / part Time The Cleaning Operative shall :

• Sweep, suction clean, mop, dry buff, spray clean, spray wax, machine scrub and dry, strip and repolish floors using appropriate equipment
• Clean and remove stains of soft floor surfaces (carpets / matting) using the appropriate cleaning method
• Clean body fluids / solids from time to time using the appropriate cleaning method
• Clean toilet and shower areas including the fixtures and fittings and replenish toiletries.
• Clean, wash and dust ledges, walls, fixtures, fittings and internal surfaces. Polishing furniture where appropriate
• Empty and clean internal litter bins and remove litter to the designated collection points
• Use and care for any cleaning equipment issued in an appropriate and safe manner
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• Any other reasonable duties required by the Facilities Manager to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the contract
