Your new role

In this role, as a receptionist, your key responsibilities will look like the following :

• Handling a busy telephone line
• Dealing with enquiries and relaying accurate messages appropriately to team members
• Communicating with customers and managing their enquiries
• Managing the reception mailbox, including checking voicemails and forwarding on to appropriate team members.
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at reception
• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation in the reception area at all times
• Setting up meeting rooms before and after use
• Various ad-hoc administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and postage duties
• Holiday cover for Office Manager
• Any other duties as required from time-to-time
