An exciting opportunity at a leading RF and Microwave solutions provider has hit the market; our client is hiring for a Senior RF Microwave Engineer based in Lincoln.The Senior RF Microwave Engineer will report directly to the Engineering Lead and play a key role in the design, development, and prototyping of advanced RF and Microwave components and sub-systems.Main responsibilities of the Senior RF Microwave Engineer, based in Lincoln : Design and manufacture multi-chip modules using both ceramic and LCP QFN packagingDevelop and build RF and Microwave components and sub-systems covering UHF to 50GHzWork on a wide range of components including Power Amplifiers, Oscillators, Mixers, Limiters, Switches, and LNAsDesign complex subsystems such as SatCom BUCs, RF over Fiber solutions, Switch Matrices, and FMCW radar systemsSupport defense-related engineering projectsTake a hands-on, results-driven approach while working both independently and within a teamManage projects from quotation through to productionMentor and support technical employeesEnsure high standards in design documentation, technical reports, and communication Requirements of the Senior RF Microwave Engineer, based in Lincoln : HNC / Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (10+ years in a relevant role)Proficiency in RF and Microwave simulation and design tools such as ADS or Microwave OfficeExperience with mechanical CAD tools like AutoCAD or Sol...
