Role : Year 2 Class TeacherLocation : LichfieldPosition : Full-time, maternity coverStart Date : June 2025The Role : Delivering engaging lessons to the who Year 2 class of approximately 25 students.Planning lessons for the core subjects, following the KS1 curriculum. Ensuring a safe, positive learning environment for all learners. Creating and maintaining a strong parent partnership.Effectively marking and assessing children's work and exams. Recording and monitoring children's learning development and progress.Ideal applicants will : Hold a UK valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Show confidence teaching within Key Stage 1 and have strong knowledge of the curriculum. Have a nurturing, positive classroom presence.Be either a dedicated ECT or experienced class teacher.
