Landscaping Contracts Manager – Covering Edinburgh and Central Belt Are you an experienced Site Manager from a landscaping or civils background looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Landscaping Contracts Manager a growing Landscape and Gardening company for works in Edinburgh and Mid Lothian. The Role : As a Landscaping Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to clients expectations. You will work closely with site teams to drive efficiency, maintain health & safety standards, and manage project costs.Key Responsibilities : Overseeing multiple private landscaping projects from inception to completionManaging site teams of 2-4 people per siteEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specificationsMaintaining health & safety compliance across all sitesLiaising with clients and directors to ensure smooth project deliveryPreparing progress reports and monitoring project performanceManaging procurement and material supply for projectsRequirements : Proven experience as a Site Manager in landscaping or civils projectsStrong leadership and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA good understanding of landscaping and gardeningExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesCurrently based in Edinburgh and valid driving license is essentialWhat’s on Offer?Competitive salary based on experienceCareer progression with a growing contractorThe opportunity to work on high-quality landscaping projects across Edinburgh and Mid LothianIf you think this job could be for you please contact Olivia on (phone number removed).
