SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER REQUIRED ON PERMANENT BASIS IN EAST MIDLANDS FOR A MAIN CONTRACTORI am assisting my client with an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a leading main contractor. The business undertakes projects in various sectors including Commercial, Education and Defence with values ranging between £10m and £50m.As Senior Design Manager you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure their safe completion, in accordance with programme, specification, and budget.Salary : £75,000 - £85,000 + PackageKey Responsibilities : Oversee design processes during pre-construction and, when necessary, construction phases. Analyse and interpret Employer's Requirements documents.
