Payroll and Finance Team Member Job Join Our Team at Harborough District Council Position : Payroll and Finance Team Member Harborough District Council is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Payroll and Finance Function. This role is crucial in ensuring our payroll operations run smoothly for approximately 200 employees each month. You will work closely with another authority and receive support from our Payroll and Finance Lead. Key Responsibilities : Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing with correct deductions. Comply with statutory regulations. Demonstrate payroll calculations and identify anomalies. Address payroll queries via phone and email. Handle pension auto-enrolment and other ad-hoc finance functions. Ideal Candidate : Knowledgeable in Payroll and at least one payroll system (ITrent experience is a plus, but not essential as training will be provided).
