An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technologist / Senior Technician to join the Architectural team of this busy Practice based in attractive studios on the outskirts of Huddersfield.

Leading a small team part of other project teams you will be working alongside colleagues of varying levels of experience involved on a range of projects of varying size and complexity in the low and high rise Residential sector for both Private and Public sector Clients.

Person Specification :

Candidates will possess :

Sound AutoCAD skills, Revit desirable but not essential

Team management experience

Experience of working in the Residential sector with an emphasis on high rise buildings

Conversant with current Building and Planning regulations

Great communication skills both oral and written

Be a team player
