My client is seeking a Lawyer with Commercial and / or Civil Litigation experience to join their busy Leeds based Dispute Resolution team. Hybrid is available with this role after a period of ‘familiarisation’, and as a growing frim with a reputation borne of excellence, they offer unrivalled encouragement and progression to it’s employees.
The successful candidate will ideally be up to 5 years PQE or with relevant experience, and will be available to travel to the firm’s other West Yorkshire offices on occasion.
The team deals with mainly commercial disputes, however applications are particularly welcome from those with a passion for property litigation.
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will be expected to get involved in the Department’s business development and marketing activities, especially focusing on the Leeds and Wakefield areas, have the ability to work under supervision and manage your own caseload of dispute work, including working from home if that suits both parties, be keen and willing to engage in relevant networking events, and assist in supervising more junior members of staff, delegating appropriate work to paralegals and supporting more senior team members on large complex matters.
